PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices on yugam.asia are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

– Accepted payment methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking

– Your order is confirmed only upon successful payment

For international orders, currency conversion and applicable charges are handled by your bank or card provider.

ORDERS & CONFIRMATION

– You will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided

– This confirmation is an acknowledgement of your order, not a guarantee of fulfilment

– We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud

– In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued within 7 working days

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery of all orders is handled by our vendor partners.

– Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the product level and are indicative only

– Yugam is not liable for delays caused by vendor partners, courier services, customs, or events beyond our control

– Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery of the product

– Delivery timelines for international orders (NRI and SE Asia) may vary significantly based on destination and customs processing

Product images and descriptions provided by vendor partners remain the intellectual property of the respective vendors.

THIRD PARTY LINKS & VENDORS

Yugam.asia may contain links to third party websites and vendor platforms.

– We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third party sites

– Vendor partners operate independently and are responsible for their own product quality, fulfilment, and after-sales support

– Any dispute regarding product quality or fulfilment should be raised with us first via hello@yugam.asia and we will coordinate with the relevant vendor on your behalf.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law:

– Our total liability for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the value of that transaction
